Routes covered:
• Citybus ”HK City Sightseeing” Open-Top Bus H2K route: During the 19:00-20:00 period, the frequency is every 60 minutes / During the 20:00-22:00 period, the frequency is every 30 minutes.

Terms and Conditions:
• Passengers with ticket passes can obtain an one-time priority boarding pass at the “HK City Sightseeing” Bus Service Counter - Man Kwong Street, Central (can only be used once in Central, not applicable to other stations). Please inform the station staff before queuing up so that arrangements can be made. Daily quantity is limited, first come first served
• Passengers who wish to enjoy the priority boarding at Central (Star Ferry) Bus Terminus must ensure that their ticket has not expired or been activated when boarding. Otherwise, Citybus reserves the right to refuse the passenger boarding.
• Ticket is valid for use by the bearer only and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Ticket is non-refundable.
• Lost or damaged ticket will not be re-issued.
• If the open-top sightseeing bus is not available for use because of, inter alia, parts failures or adverse weather conditions, Citybus reserves the right to substitute another non open-top bus to continue the journey. Citybus also has the sole discretion to vary, without prior notice, the service hours, frequency, route and bus stop locations taking into account traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other factors. Citybus shall not accept any responsibility or be liable to ticket holders for any damages or losses caused by or arisen out of the aforesaid or due to any other reasons whatsoever.

Redemption Method:
1. Please download the Citybus “HK Sightseeing” mobile app from App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Redeem your ticket in “My pass” section in “HK Sightseeing” mobile app by using the in-app camera to scan the QR code shown on the confirmation email, or entering the 20-digit activation code manually into the application.
3. Your ticket will be stored electronically in the app after redemption.

Usage:
1. Before boarding the bus, please select the corresponding ticket pass and a dynamic Boarding QR code will be prepared.
2. Please present the in-app Boarding QR code to the scanner of electronic payment device on the bus for validation.

Payment method accepted: Visa, Master, American Express, Alipay and Wechat Pay

Redemption Method:
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms the contactless credit card you have used to purchase the ticket, has been tethered with the product you have purchased.

Usage:
Please tap the same physical contactless credit card on the blue scanner device upon boarding the bus. Enjoy your ride.

• Same physical credit card must be presented while boarding. Please do not tap the blue scanner device with Apply Pay or Google Pay.
